Our Process
Undertaking a design project – whether it’s remodeling an existing space or starting from the ground up – is an exciting task. Don’t worry if you’re not sure where to start. With the help of our designer, and the full support of the Ergo Designer Kitchens team along the way, your dream room will soon be a reality.
Consultation
One of our in-house experienced Design Consultants will visit your home / building site to determine how we can achieve the ideal kitchen for you - including your design ideas, budget & lifestyle requirements. All necessary cabinetry & countertop finishes, accessories & appliances will be discussed during this process.
Design & Quotation
Combining advance kitchen design 3D software, experience & extensive knowledge with the insights gained from the consultation - an innovative, practical and well thought out design can be compiled.
Manufacturing
In addition to final measurements been taken by our project manager who arrange to meet with the builder, plumber & electrician on site to insure every detail is considered. All of our cabinetry is custom made in our factory situated in Pretoria. We don’t compromise on quality by using only first-grade materials.
Installation
Your project will be delivered & installed by our in-house installers. We do not sub-contract. Our cabinetry has a two-year guarantee, & our hinges and runners have a lifetime guarantee.
